Cialis is usually taken only when needed, just before sexual activity and not more then once a day. It has not yet been studied for multiple sexual attempts per dose. However, it has become a very popular choice recently and there is no wonder, since it is very effective and extremely reliable for a large percentage of the men that have tried it.

Cialis is not recommended for people taking any form of nitroglycerin and most alpha-blockers, because the combination may lower blood pressure to an unsafe level.     Tadalafil is the generic name for the brand name Cialis. Tadalafil was administered to over 5700 men (age range 19 to 87 years) during clinical trials worldwide. The results of the studies showed Generic Cialis improved: The ability to get an erection, The ability to keep an erection for successful sexual intercourse, The ability to complete sexual intercourse, Confidence in the ability to get and keep an erection, Erection hardness and satisfaction with hardness, Satisfaction with sexual intercourse.

Cialis is known as the " 36 hour pill" or the "weekend pill".  You won't get an erection just by taking Cialis, some form of sexual stimulation is needed. When sex is over, the erection dissipates normally. You will also be very satisfied having the ability to maintain your erection so you and your partner are both satisfied. As with any Erectile Dysfunction tablet, in the rare event of priapism (an erection lasting more than 4 hours), seek immediate medical help to avoid long-term injury.
